The only parameter that the lenders ensure in providing unsecured
loan is that the borrower is in a good position of returning
the borrowed money in timely manner. So if the tenant has
sufficient amount of balance in the banks, earns well and
has made no or little mistakes in making past payments, then

annual income and repaying ability. Usually one can borrow
up to £25000. The loan repaying duration ranges 5 to
15 years as per the loan amount and the borrower’s circumstances.

are providing unsecured
